All Info About Nursery Rhymes

I get many emails from people telling me of alternative origins to the nursery rhymes and I appreciate the time taken to contact me. Wherever I can I will mention these in my pages.
I compile this site for fun, and I don't in any way make myself out to be an expert. I haven't done exhaustive research and hope that visiotrs will take this site as intended, something to muse and ponder over.
I don't personally believe that anyone can tell you without a shadow of a doubt how any nursery rhyme originated, or why. I can't - that's for sure, so always keep an open mind and in the end, who really cares? If you don't like my idea of the origin of a nursery rhyme feel free to disagree, but don't email me to say I'm wrong. For the reasons I state, I don't think it's your place to tell me that, as I most certainly have never claimed to be right!
